1. Products & Artwork

Icon Sports Art offers original artwork produced as open editions and limited editions.

All artworks are created and produced to order. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered part of the artistic and production process.

Product images are representative. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.

2. Ordering & Acceptance

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or availability issues. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Taxes and duties, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Payment must be completed in full before production begins.

4. Production & Shipping

All artworks are made to order.

  • Production time: typically 2–5 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 days, depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our artworks are made to order, all sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The artwork arrives damaged

  • The incorrect item was delivered

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the packaging and artwork.

Approved refunds or replacements will be handled promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Icon Sports Art and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Purchasing an artwork does not grant any reproduction or commercial rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Icon Sports Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the artwork.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with site functionality

  • Misuse content or intellectual property

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the United States.
